Nuova Remital  side-channel air suction/blowers are produced in its own moulds and all the details composing the machines are produced or designed in Italy.

Nuova Remital industrial air suction/blowers are built using the special side-channel technique.

They work both for air suction and compression and are designed to work in continuous service.

Aspired air, forced to follow a spiral path, through a particular rotor, is submitted to repeated accelerations enabling to reach a high value of pressure and vacuum.

The rotor is directly mounted on the engine axle and all the rotating parts are dynamically balanced, thus obtaining an absolute absence of vibrations.

The appliance is completely made of die-casted aluminium and thus guarantees maximum stability and  manageability.

Lubrication is not needed as there is no contact between static and rotating parts.

Specific silencers, applied both on aspiration and outlet, contribute to obtain a very high level of noiselessness.

All the mac.hines are equipped with asynchronous three-phase and single-phase engines with two poles; moreover, upon request they can be equipped with ATEX engines to be installed in locations with explosive atmosphere, category II 3G 3D zone 22.

Furthermore, the range of industrial air suction-blowers has been expanded in the R2 and R3 series by the  three-phase and single-phase RF models, featuring frontal aspiration, as well as still in the R3 series by the double-stage models, specifically R3GS series version and R3GD parallel version, equipped with  asynchronous three-phase engines.
